The staff have been rude to myself and other customers during my several visits to the store.

Last week I was waiting for service and overheard two employees talking about the downsides to "colored" people buying guns with less than appropriate language, and assuming the customers could not hear. This lasted well into 10 minutes until I left the building without making any purchase.

This is not the first time they have made derogatory remarks about generalized populations/races/lifestyles, when I asked about the disassembly of a pistol on a previous date they said one should not have "[redacted]s" since the part was tough to remove.
