We had some documented damage to our furniture and appliances from our move in May that needed attention We called Specialty Movers 3x over months to get them to send someone out to look at the damage that was done to our furniture from our moveEach time, they said they would send someone right away, but it has been months now and we have not received a phone call or visitOn July 14/they said they would call me back before the end of the day, but today is Sept 3/2015, and he has not even called me onceI am not a demanding person, and simply expected them to keep their word and send someone out to make minor repairs to cover the scratches to our wood furniture and repair the tear on our leather sofaIf you have decent furniture and want someone who will take care of it, I would recommend that you use a different company
