Review: Purchased a jet ski from this business and it has been 3 months since and I have not received a title. I paid this business the money for all the DMV fees and have a receipt for all the fees I paid. Also, I was sold a trailer for the jet ski that has no information on it what so ever, there are no license plates or registration information on the trailer.

The paperwork for the jet ski is either in the mail or already received by the customer. It took a little longer than usual and I updated the customer on the progress of it every time he asked. Normally takes at MINIMUM a month to month and a half to get paperwork so once there is an issue it can take 3 months or more. It happens! I have no control over DMV. Either way it has all been squared away and he most likely has his title now.

As far as the trailer he was WELL AWARE that it had no paperwork! He even got it at a discounted price because of the fact. If he wanted he could have paid more and purchased a trailer with paperwork and a licence plate BUT HE chose to get the cheaper trailer with no paperwork. It is extremely simple to get paperwork for the trailer also, as I explained to him at time of purchase. He was happy to get the discounted trailer with no paperwork!

I will not give a refund on a jet ski and trailer that he used and enjoyed all summer. Now he wants his money back at the end of summer? Just because DMV paperwork took longer than he wanted? THIS IS LIFE! Grow up and deal with it. To maintain my high level of customer service and my desire to keep my customers happy I can either buy the jet ski back at a wholesale/trade in price (after a full inspection) or I will charge it as a rental from the date of purchase to now. Either way works.
