Review: I ordered two bedskirts from this company for a Christmas present. I have not received them nor am I able to get in touch with the company. The 800 telephone number for this company continues to say that all circuits are busy, try again later. The other telephone number listed for this company says that it has been disconnected. All emails are unanswered.Desired Settlement: I would either like my merchandise within the next 2-3 days or an explanation and refund on my credit card if I can't get the merchandise.

Hello,Order was received on 12/1, per our policies orders can take up to 15 business days for processing and shipping, received email on 12/9 from customer inquiring about order and responded on the same day explaining our policies, received another email on 12/9 with customer complaining they want their order or a refund and complained about no phone communication, we again responded on the same day explaining that we communicate to customer via email just like many e-commerce businesses like Amazon and others who use email only to communicate with customers, in addition we explained that we will proceed with cancelling order per customers request issuing a refund once we receive confirmation from our warehouse that order was not shipped. We are perplexed why customer chose to complain the Revdex.com when we answered and responded to all correspondences by customer. A refund will be issued once confirmation has been received by our warehouse. Thank you.
