Specialty Insulation

Review: I will try and be brief but complete. October 14th was charged for R19 6.0" blown cellulose to Total R49 above ceiling/attic. Neighbor knowing I just recently had added insulation questioned why snow was melting so quickly from my roof and icicles were still forming. Before I had the insulation added snow did not melt that quickly from my roof so that puzzled me. February 10th called Specialty spoke with [redacted] she will have someone call me. Two days later called again again spoke with [redacted] said she would again pass the message along. 4th day call from [redacted] told him issue and asked why this was happening when the snow melt was at a lesser degree before I had additional put in and why was it mostly on the South side of the roof. His reception to my questions was cool if not rude, followed with I tell everyone with duct work above their ceiling that this happens. I do not recall being told that but do remember him saying there is quite the mess up there. He said he would get with the installer and get back to me with a phone call the next day, or make an appointment to come and access the issue. Neither has happened.Desired Settlement: I want an inspection and to receive the amount of insulation I paid for.
