I had a pickup scheduled for June 18th I talk to the guy and he told me that he would be there by 4pm He no showed and then said he would be there the next day He did not show up then I finally got him on the phone and he promised to be there on the 20th at 10am He showed up at 8pm Then he said that the agreed upon price would be $more or he wouldn't pick up the car
