Review: Have repeatedly tried to get contractor to return my calls for a service issue. The one time I was able to get somebody to answer my call, they said somebody would contact me, but I haven't heard from anybody and it's been at least a month.Desired Settlement: Have my phone call returned to schedule a date and time for the service call to fix problem.
