My leasing experience with Specialized RPM has been comfortable and unobtrusive. The company has adopted mobile and web technology to make interfacing with property management, keeping up on important changes and notifications, and managing accounts fairly effortless, and its employees have been helpful when I have needed human explanation or guidance.

I've used Real Property Management for approximately 2 year. I've had nothing but a positive experience with the company. They reply to phone calls and emails within 24 hours and they have never been nothing less than professionals. I would recommend their services anytime.

I've been a tenant at one of their properties for 2years and 7months. I recently applied to another (bigger) house they manage. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. BONUS: I love that I was able to view the property at my convenience. The "self-show" was perfect with my schedule as I could access the property anytime between 8am - 8pm without needing to call an agent and schedule a viewing.

It\'s something that\'s missing in this field: to be seen as a customer and not just another number.
