We were doing an HVAC installation in Oceanside in a commercial strip mallOne of the installers through out a piece of card board in the dumpster behind the strip mall where are the dumpsters areHe disposed of the cardboard and a gentleman came toward my employee and started yelling at him for putting the cardboard in the dumpsterHe apologized and explained we were doing work for the owners at A Plus GlassHe then went to remove the cardboard and the gentleman would not let him remove it and threatened to call the police as we were violating the lawHe repeatedly harassed the office staff with similar threats, we again asked if we could come fix the mistake and he refused to allow us too! He called numerous time but would not let us do anything? When our furnace fan failed in mid-winter Jon Van Meter (owner) came to our rescue. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Price was reasonable and you can count me as very satisfied. I would use Specialized Mechanical again and recommend him to a friend.
