I sent a copy of western union receipts from [protected]@gmail.com for Account 1000745094 on January 10th, 2022. The payments still have not been recorded to the account.
I've been making online payments through the website. Then their computer system takes a week to collect the payment. When it does some other payment goes through and causes that payment to bounce. From there they make it a mark against you. You get too many and they turn off online bill pay.
So what shut me down was I went to make a payment from the wrong account with not enough funds. Then I corrected my mistake and made another payment from the right account immediately.
I sent in protest telling them of the error. They now will not turn online payments on until 6 months have gone by.
Now they are saying I'm 3 months behind. If they would record the Western Union payments it would be only 1 month.
