I contracted with [redacted] for a renovation of my recently purchased condo During a time when I had other service people inside, [redacted] would interrupt and seem to run the conversation costing me his time, time with other service people and cost me when he finally completed what he was supposed to be doing We agree on a price in three payments: beginning, middle and end He asked for midpayment prematurely, but I agreed as I felt he would complete the job Now has been overpayed and taken off leaving the place a wreck Do not trust him to finish his own contract This a.mhe threatened me with a lawyer, which I feel any contractor who has a lawyer, probably has had issue before Additionally, he advertises in the paper as a licensed contractor, however there is no record of him on file with the state Product_Or_Service: Remodel/paint condo
