I honored our agreement. This tenant is promising the world to Judy . Telling her two stories that I photographed and sent to Judy. I even told Judy that the tenant has no plans on buying the house. great length about how the tenant destroyed the bathroom. I don't not have a clue how you could installed porch decking without jacking a porch up, how else can you run the decking through. Treated wood is also referred to as "wet wood" . When things get wet and dry they something crack. Again uncontrollable by anyone when installed. When wood dries it shrinks causing gaps. I decided not to do any other work outside of contract. Unfortunately the tenant is causing problems with her landlord. Fortunately I am not the landlord. I honored my end of the contract and decided no longer to engage in business with Judy.
