Special Touch Home Care Services, Inc.

This is a horrible Home Care Agency that should be investigated. I'm about to lose the aides that take care of my mother because of the fact that this agency isn't paying the aides. I have tried calling them to inquire about the fact that they are not paying the aides and a coordinator named Yahaira spoke to me as if I was less then. I tried to call different government agencies to help the aides with this situation and it's to no avail. This is the reason these home care agencies get away with murder BECAUSE NO ONE INVESTIGATES THEM! I phoned [redacted], which is the long term care that my mother has and they informed me that they are paying Special Touch Home Care Services Inc. for the aides services. So where is the money going to that they're suppose to be paying the aides?? If anyone that reads this and has any solution to this problem please help and anyone that's going through the same issue should also complain
