Spearit Sound

When I read reviews online, I am most interested in learning what might happen if something goes wrong. Here's my story. I purchased a refurbished NAD amplifier. I placed my order online shortly before 5pm on a Friday and was elated to receive an email indicating that it had been shipped out that same evening. It arrived Tuesday but I didn't have an opportunity to hook it up until Saturday. It sounded great until it overheated and shut down. After it (and I) cooled down, I double checked every possibility but to no avail. The amp continued to shut down after about 40 minutes of play. I called Spearit on Monday and explained my issues to Jim. His service and demeanor were both superb and reassuring. He promised to bench test another unit for several hours that afternoon and he shipped out another refurbished unit that evening. When it arrived Wednesday I wasted no time hooking it up and it ran (and sounded) great. This company stands behind its products and they offer very good advice. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
