Phil was a true problem solver and was very efficient with the installation of our range hood exhaust.

The technician showed up when expected and completed service in a thorough and timely manner. The only suggestions would be, when booking the appointment the service staff should inform of extra travel time costs for rural clients as this added an hour cost to our work order.

Todd arrived on time on both occasions and fixed the problem with our heating as requested. Both Spearhead and Todd were responsive and easy to deal with. I would recommend Spearhead for heating issues in the Whistler area
