Spearhead Home Medical

I have had nothing but problems with Spearhead Home Medical ever since my mother started receiving her supplies from this companyThey make mistakes on their supplies all the time and every time I have called to try and resolve the problem they have tried to call me a liar in a round about way My mother has been short changed on her supplies and when I called to let them know they will not send the missing itemsI was told that I needed to go over my moms order and make sure its all there when the delivery guy brings the order but the delivery guy doesn't ring the doorbell to let me know he is out there so I cant check the suppliesI called to let the company know that Its not my fault when my moms items are missing because I never even know they are here making a deliveryI was told that their delivery guy doesn't have the time to wait for me to come to the doorThis company needs a lot of improvementsIf you cant call and report missing items and get good customer service in return then this is not a good companyThey do not stand behind their customers and that's a shame because without customers you have no business
