Hire rand s[redacted] firm for two cases three yrs ago..I have not spoken to Rand s[redacted] in the three years I had him.Only paralegals. paperwork stay getting messed up and miss handle.I have been lied to and several requests have been disregarded. requested documentation to be sent for a lawsuit loan,this request was made December 12th still I have not gotten the loan yet because rand S[redacted]s office did not submit the proper paperwork till three months after the requested I requested the loan and it is February 21th 2016 and still have no loan because now rand s[redacted]s offices is refusing to sign the loan paperwork.. At this point I have several concerns on the representation I'm being given.Unless you would like this same representation I would steer clear from Rand s[redacted] and his law firm...

Review: I hired this law firm to represent me in a case. They sent me a certified letter on September 5,2012 stating I do not have a case. I contact their office on November 5,2012 through fax asking for my records to be released to me. As of April 6,2013 I have not received anything from their office. I again fax and also mailed them a letter on April 6,2013. When I contact their office on November 8,2012 they stated they did not receive no fax. I contacted them again on April 9,2013 and again they said they did not receive no fax.Desired Settlement: Please send me my records as soon as possible.
