To Whom it May Concern,
On May 5, 2018, my family went to the Speakeasy for a late lunch/early dinner. We were very disappointed in the treatment we received from the waitress and manager. The waitress threw the check on the table, cursed at us and chased after us in the restaurant using profanity. Please be mindful that we were with a child. When we brought our concerns to the manager, he told us that we were basically lying about the service we received from our waitress. He refused to believe that our service was bad or that we were mistreated. I tried to explain that we were trying to have a nice meal to celebrate my husband’s birthday and the manager responded “who cares, everyone has birthdays”! We have never be verbally assaulted and insulted in a restaurant. We would like this incident to result in new training for the staff and management.
To Whom it May Concern, On May 5, 2018, my staff was verbally assaulted by *** during dinner service. She called my waitress a stupid ***. ***’s complaint is a fabrication and we will not be bullied into a response. We have witnesses who were horrified at the behavior of this person.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.
It is truly sad and disturbing that individuals have to resort to lies. This is definitely defamation to my character to create such garbage. After reading many customer reviews, I have come to realize that this is typical behavior from the employees and many others have experienced exactly what I have experienced. It is time to take off the rose-colored glasses and accept the fact that this type of behavior should not be condoned by the owners. I too have witnesses to collaborate my story. If I am not issued an apology by the business owner for his employees despicable and deplorable actions and comments then I will be left with no alternative then to contact my attorney and pursue legal action. I don’t believe I am asking to much for a simple apology especially when the food and service was so awful.
