Hello,Our website only puts a hold on the funds similar to the way hotel does it when you bookWe only charge on shipmentYou order was canceled and your card was not charged
This customer received the item they paid for.I am unsure what the complaintI'm upset they filed a fraudulent credit card claim stating non receipt when the tracking information clearly shows they received the itemI will be following through with this as far as I can take it They also did not pay for shipping so I don't get the complaint about not getting it fasterIt's not like they gave extra money for expedited shipping and we didn't follow through
The buyer refused delivery, when the item is delivered back to us we will process his refund and not before Here is the tracking # showing it is still in transit and we have not received the merchandise [redacted]
Attached are screen shots, one showing an email from the customer stating on May 17th that they never received the item The other screen shot shows ***ex proof of delivery on May 4thLike I said we call every customer, and if an item is out of stock we try to get it to them as fast as possibleThis customer is trying to get a free itemThey didn't pay for shipping, shipping is free and they are using this item and have filed with the Revdex.com and their credit card company for their money backDoes that seem fair to you??

You have already stated all of this information and I have responded to each of your claims in previous communicationThis still does not address why the bat was not shipped for a week, why I was not contacted, and no tracking number was providedAlready proven by various reviews regarding your company, I am not the only victim of this shipping issue We are continuing to go in circles over the same issues and nothing has been justified by your company.
