SPC Hotel L.L.C.

To summarize my complaint the cwner of the motel changed the price of my room from $150.00, which was the price that the motel clerk who checked me in
when I first arrived at the motel! I requested a wake up call but I never received one! I did not get any sleep because of renovations being conducted to the motel on both sides of my room and the fact that the people conducting the renovations were partying all night long in the rooms on both sides of my room! The water in my bathroom kept overflowing! Another reason I could not get any sleep was because the heater did not work and my room felt like a walk in freezer!The microwave oven had holes in it so no matter how long I cooked my food I could never get my food temperature above lukewarm! When I first checked in, my room had a dirty comforter,blanket and linen all covered with fecal,urine,sperm and lipstick stains not to mention all the hair,body odor and cigarette burns!
