Review: I purchased a radiator from Spath Automotive for my vintage '69 Camaro for $431.62, over two years ago. I considered [redacted] to be a friend so it didn't bother me when he said he sold it to someone else who needed it to race that weekend. Over time I would bring it up now and then and I got answers ranging from "It's up in the loft" to "I moved it to my house so it would be safe" to "I just saw it in my garage and I'll have to dig it out."After moving to Southern California I started telling him that I wanted to get it each time I would go visit Chico to see my children, but there was always a reason why he couldn't get to it each visit. I finally pinned him down to order and ship one to me, which he volunteered to do at his expense. Next he told me a story about how [redacted] delivered it to my house. When I pursued that, asking for a tracking number, he told me he'd order another one and deal with [redacted] himself. He texted and told me that it would take five business days to arrive. That was 8/6/15. Two weeks later enough was enough and I demanded my money back and told him I would find my own radiator. Still no satisfaction. I let him know that I would be pursuing other means for collection including Small Claims Court if necessary. This is an attempt to use other means to get him to do the right thing as a businessman. He has already crossed a line when it comes to how a friend treats a friend. That ship has sailed.Desired Settlement: I am still willing to settle for the original amount that I paid for the radiator, $431.62.
