I am rejecting this response because:It makes me really sad and it makes my *** laugh sarcastically after reading Mr*** ***, Soud's "*** ***" response to this issue. It is true that the tiles came with small chips and the installer (***) very professionally stepped up and solved the problemSoud's since is the company that has access to the vendor took care of getting the material (tile) to be replacedYES, we were 100% completely satisfied when the job was completely done and Mr*** finally showto the house on October 13, (Keep in mind the project started in June 2015)Mr*** the "*** ***", if we can title him as is, DIDN'T SHOW"several days to
insure all was completed" as stated in his responseThis statement is totally FALSE. Actually, in one of our phone conversations, I asked him to stop by the house to make sure that the project was completed since we had so many issues and his response was "Ms***, I wish I have the time to stop by your house to look at it, but I'm to busy". So, my *** decided to stop by Soud's in October to solve the situation.Honesty, if we need to wait months for Soud's to satisfied a customer, NO THANK YOU. At this time, we are completing the tile job (same tile) for rest of the house and we decided not do business with Soud's. It's not worth it to deal with a business where the *** doesn't have any credibility and states part of the truth.Thank you and Have a Great Day!!!*** ** *** Hello ***,
