units (time) that our customers had on packages. Sun Tan City had stated in the ownership agreement that they would honor all units and upgrade them to the next level.   I looked up in our records and [redacted] has 92 units left in her name. We are unaware why Sun Tan City would not have them on file or honor them. A current list was sent to them at time of closing.   Due to the nature of the closing of our business, we were under unable to let our clients and employees know a head of time.  I hope this clears it up on our end.
