2013. SPARRTA Insurance Company (''SPARTA) provides Commercial coverage to AAA Freight, Inc. Please be advised that Gallagher Bassett is the third party administrator acting on behalf of SPARTA Insurance Company I n this regard. AAA Freight , Inc is located in Illinois and this accident took place in California.

Once this claim investigation is concluded, Gallagher Basset denied coverage to the insured

because the insured's owner operator was not under the dispatch of the insured at the time of' the loss.
