held up from shipping on time. Due to this issue we had to contact our store to assist with producing the customer's jersey order.
The order was delivered on 1/28/2014. The customer has been fully refunded and was sent two promotional codes that may be used on future orders. A voice message was left for the customer advising her of the refund. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused the customer.
