I am rejecting this response because: It is not an assumption The vehicle was fine when it went into the car wash and was damaged when it came out It was immediately brought to the managers attention When I walked through the car wash with the representative we did in fact, find foreign material from other vehicles on the floor of the car wash that would cause damage to vehicles when caught up in the wash brushing mechanism He picked up the foreign material quickly and threw it away His statement is not truthful and I will challenge him on that until this is resolved

I stand firm with my decision that our wash did not cause damage to this vehicle. I personally walked the guest through the wash to show him how everything works, no keytag, or any other foreign object jumped up off the floor or was made into a projectile to create the damage on this guest car. we take pride in insuring that our guest have the best possible experience when visiting our washes, if our wash had caused this damage I would have no problem with taking care of the issue but the fact that it did not happen at our wash is why i'm disagreeing with the guest assumption that it did.
