Sparks Computerized Car Care

I took my car to Sparks for a front end alignment which they charge $** to do (so they say)However, they took it to a different company to have this done after calling me a telling me that I had all sorts of other things they needed to do before THEY could do the alignmentWhen I went to pick my car up they said it'd be finished in about 30-minutesMy car wasn't in any of the bays or anywhere else to be seenI waited in the parking lot for well over 1/when someone came flying in with my car! The guy at Sparks told me it was out for a test drive! For more than 1/hour??? I found out that they actually took it to *** where they charge less than Sparks charged me!!
Not only did the people at Sparks lie to me about where my car had beenThey also over charged me!!

Review: My 1998 dodge van has an issue with me transmission control module being able to communicate with the engine computer so I after I replaced my transmission computer I took my vehicle to sparks car care for them to look at it.

Five minutes after the mechanic pulled my van inside the mechanic and the owner came and got me to follow them in the shop area in which they both tried to tell me that my vehicles shift Solenoid was really my transmission computer and it needed to be replace . When I told them that my transmission computer was located on the passenger side fender just below the hood, I even explained to them that I had just replaced the trans computer, both the mechanic and the owner started to argue with me that I was wrong so I finally told them to pull my van out and I would take it else where.

After that I as charged 43.00 for the time they took to argue with me.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund I feel that I should not have to pay for the time they used to argue with me in their apparent thinking that I wouldn't know what they were talking and allow hem to replace a part that is not cause my vans issue.
