Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This company lied to my tenants, and to me They stated to have gone out on a day, and they lied They told me they would send someone out asap that week we spoke via email, they liedThey told my tenants they told ME they would be there THURSDAYThe lied That's okay, I'm happy to go through with a lawsuit on what I've lost, as I've already spoken to a lawyer who is happy to helpNot to mention there is no mention of them REFUNDING me, I just told them NOT TO BILL ME for work NOT DONE! Sparkling Pool Service charges you for the whole month and comes when they want toThey also expect for you to clean your pool so that way he doesn't have toVery upset with how this business is runVery unprofessional and lacks all communicationsI am the renter of a home and have played them for almost a year and they still have excuses why they didn't comeI will never recommend them and yes they are cheap in rate but with them you get what you paid for NOTHING!!!

This was already refunded to a discover card ending in 4527 on July 5th. See attached receipt. Thank you

As you can see We tried to make this customer happy but was unreasonable. I also said I would refund her for missed service and she said she did not want it. We can refund her for the two weeks of missed service she claims we missed. A total of $75.00 Thanks you.
