Sparkling Image Car Wash

I would like to share my experiences with you. First thing do not get the 6.00 wash. Why you ask? I'll be glad to tell you!! IT DOSE'NT CLEAN YOUR HUBS/RIMS!! I brought this to the managers attention. After showing him the dirt left after the wash, he asked me"What wash did I purchase?" After he asked that question,I knew right-away that he knew already about the problem.I asked if one of the staff members could just simple wipe of the dirt with a rag instead of going through the wash again. he told me"if I had purchased a better wash then my rims would be clean.His perspective was very unprofessional and unwilling to solve the problem. I call the area manager which he claims that the manager was a long time employee and basically defended his unprofessional manager.the only reason why Im even mentioning the area manager is that he told me that they ARE a registered Revdex.com member. As you can clearly see their are not, which doesn't surprise me.
