Review: I dropped off 3 pairs of pants and was told to pick up today( Saturday after 5 pm). When I arrived at 5:14 pm the place was closed. I told the gentleman that I needed them by today, fir school on Tuesday. He told me that that they would be ready today.Desired Settlement: I should have a percentage removed from both bills. One bill is 8.45 and the other is 36.00 dollars.

We have resolved this complaint amicably with the customer [redacted] has agreed that this was a miscommunication since Sparkle II Cleaners closes at 5PM everySaturday - the hours are even stated on the door. [redacted] has already returned to our store with more clothes to dry clean.
