I am sorry about my helper tracking in mud to your houseHe was told to remove his shoesWe can clean your carpet or reimburse for someone else to cleanThe painting exterior was an additional coat for freeI wanted it to look the best it can! I left while the battery was charging for drillI

I want the other thresholds dropped off on my front porch. I want no other contact or business with you people. I left you a voice mail and I sent an email to the email address on your website, I can send it to you again if you want. I will take care of my carpet myself and the threshold job. Review: This company says they have professional house keepers. The person who came was not professional she was smoking near my house. My house was the second job she did. She work for 5 hours and I had a list of this she supposed to do and not even half was done . The blinds and window was still dirty .The base boards was still dirty with dust . Never did the wall spot clean. So when I did my walk through with my husband we was not happy with the service. We called and expressed our concerns and would not be able to pay more than 5 hours and for that amount of time the house was not half clean. The lady kept asking for more money and time. My husband got on the phone and the lady was rude unprofessional calling him a drug addict and she feels sorry for your wife. This women has never met or seen us. We ask for the boss she would not and hung the phone up in our face. I paid the lady because she was there but her work was not satisfactory. The company was not willing to work anything out or to come see her work that was done in 5 hours. My list came with everything I wanted done with 3 to 5 hours. But not even half was done. I would not recommend this company.Desired Settlement: Refund of at least half for work not done and the bad customer service.

This is the owner of Sparkle Clean Ann Jackson. I gave [redacted] an estimate of 3-5 hours at 30.00 per hour. I told her if we needed to go over the estoimated time we would tell her before going over. [redacted]a got to their home at 7:30 this morning so I don't see how she could of done a house earlier which she didn't. I never talked to [redacted]'s husband until today. [redacted]a told the [redacted]'s that she would need longer than the 5 hours. They were not willing to pay more. Mr. [redacted] called our office and immediately started screaming in to the phone that [redacted]a was slow. He said it should only take 3 hours. The place was only 850 square feet, 2 bedroom 2 bath. It was extremely dirty. [redacted]a had to wash 12 blinds, dishwasher, stove, oven, hood and fan, cobwebs, baseboards, light fixtures, cabinets in and out that were caked with grease, bathrooms, mop floors, interior doors and door jams. They wanted the windows in and out, tracks, screens and sills. [redacted]a was not able to get to the windows. She needed more time. I di not hang up on Mr. [redacted]. I told him I needed to go and call [redacted]a. Mr. [redacted] threatened to come to my office. He wanted to talk to the owner. I told him I was the owner. Mr. [redacted] was so loud everyone in the office could hear him. I believe he was trying to get out of paying. Mrs [redacted] paid [redacted]a when she started crying. We will not give a refund. We were honest and forth right with our estimate. I explained everything thoroughly. Mrs. [redacted] told [redacted]a she wished her husband would just shut up. I believe he wanted it for free. He obviously knows nothing about cleaning. Also the bathroom was extremely dirty. I was told it was not very dirty. We can not go and look at the house first. I give the estimate based on the information at hand. That is why it is an estimate. I am very clear and thorough in explaining this. The thing I find Ironic is I gave the estimate to [redacted]. He said my wife is passive and you will not get over on her while I am around. I finally did hang up. I couldn't handle being yelled at anymore. Felicia has been with us 10 years.[redacted] Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: my house was not clean I will provide picture . No one wanted a free job but a good job cleaning as professional. This was not done. She did not clean all the blinds and the ones she did or still dirty. [redacted] herself said she spent to much time in the bathroom . And your website says a whole different price 28 an hour for move out . [redacted] said she just started with this company and she had to buy her own supplies. No one was going to come to your office he ask.to speak with your husband. He began to yell when you spoke on how you feel sorry for your wife. That when it became personal. [redacted] wanted to quit but because she just move.here she needed the job and she was living place to place and now is renting a room very unprofessional. Too much talk and not enough cleaning. No one told [redacted] that.I wish he shut up...lies ..I said he get upset when you mess with his wife or his money. I paid her since she did some work but is was not satisfactory. The owner if that was the owner cause felicia said that wasn't was rude from gate you never speak about someone that you dont know.
What a JOKE of a business this place is!
I hired sparkle clean for my move out cleaning to be done on 5/28/15, [redacted] told me she was sending her "two best" cleaners [redacted] and Maria. On the 28th they arrived promptly at 8am to begin the 4 hour cleaning I had requested, at 9:33am they called to let me know they were done and that the place looked great. I arrived at my place at 1pm and it was still a mess! Cobwebs not removed, appliances not cleaned inside or out, floors barely swept and not mopped, base boards and window sills not wiped down, inside of cupboards not cleaned or wiped! They did a [redacted] poor job and then had the [redacted] to argue with me when they returned, that some stains just could not be cleaned, at which point I let [redacted] know that if he had used cleaning solution instead of just a dry towel that the makeup and dust would easily wipe off the surfaces of my home. I then demonstrated for him since it was clear he had no intentions of finishing the job. After several conversations with [redacted] it was clear the job was not going to be done so I sent [redacted] and his friends (whom came to case out my house) on their way, and finished the job myself.
Fast forward to the following day 5/29 I arrive to my home to let the carpet cleaners in only to discover that someone had come back to my house the previous night and stolen all of my plants and plant stands off of my front porch (in the 2.5 years I've lived at this address not a single thing has ever been stolen from my porch)! I called to speak to [redacted] however she has decided she is done speaking with me and has instructed anyone who answers the phone to tell me she is in a meeting! Two phone calls and 2 emails later and all [redacted] has said is that she is "sorry it didn't work out" I call BS it's clear that this is common practice for this company! So now here we are she unwilling to refund my money or make right what her employees have done so I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and I WILL be getting my money back!
Home owners and renters be ware! These people will scam and rip you off in any way they can and they don't give a damn about customer service or the satisfaction of their customers! The owner after reading my yelp review charged my credit card several time for different amounts and when I called to confront her she responded with "your a B[redacted], so I'm going to drain your account F[redacted] you!" And hung up on me. I've filed criminal fraud charges against her and the business.
