Can I do less then stars? Worst experience ever The owner seems to hate his customers, and always have a chip on his shoulder Avg carwash at best, but if the owner is a complete jerk, why waste your time I went in about a year ago, and everything seemed ok until I dealt with the tall skinny male owner, who was very confrontational, and made me completely uncomfortableI called to voice my opinion and the owner hung up on me He is like a mad little kid, not a business owner I will never be going back, and frankly I have never seen a business owner who simply did not care about his customers satisfaction
So it is ok not to fix the problem that they made on my car , that they cause and there is no recourse on there part to fix it When I brought It back minutes after I left.when I saw the problem And the owner wasn't there that day and was told to bring it back the following day.wow that is not a good bussinee practice.I hope more people look at Revdex.com before going to places
October 22,2015Dispute Resolution ConsultantRevdex.com Central, Northern & Western ArizonaN12th StreetPhoenix, AZ 85014-4585Dear Sir/Madam :We would like to thank you for bringing this matter to Sparkle Auto Wash(Sparkle and/or carwash, for brevity).The truth of the matter, as follows:The Sparkle processed Mr [redacted] car like what it used to do with the other cars in to 5,cars in monthly due (that include spraying in our prepping system) His trim is oxidized and he was stating that the carwash made the spots on his trim The owner/manager invited him twice to go look at the other cars to fmd out what the carwash is actually doing with the cars but unfortunately he is not interested Not mention in his complain that he said "the carwash wrecked his windshield too", but found nothing wrong when both herein manager and said customer examined the same The guys out there who made his car tried to help him by putting the dressing to make it nicer but in vain, because the trim, as the manager told him, is already oxidized Who knows exactly the condition of the trim before he brought his car, though he was claiming it doesn't have spots before he send it to the carwash The car looks :fine and there is nothing wrong in the cleaning process.We explained the matter in good faith We apologize for the inconvenience of the customer but we refused to accommodate his desired settlement, as he has no proof at all that this Sparkle made the problem on his car trim.Thank you and more power.ROYW.F*Business Owner

This place doesn't even deserve starMy dad used to take all of his vehicles there regularly, then a couple years ago they got a new ownerMy dad talked to the guy about the fact that they had accidentally overcharged my mom when she went there, so the new dirt bag owner tells my dad not to come back!! That in my opinion is terrible customer service and my dad did not deserve to be treated that wayThis place doesn't deserve your money nor do they care about customer serviceI don't usually review places, but in this case I feel it necessary to let others know what they are in for if they visit this establishment, I will be giving the same Yelp review as well

That, one customer who now named Nicole Stewart, came to Sparkle and had her car hand waxed which is worth $50.00 (regular car for handwax is...
worth $40.00, pis. see attached Annex - Exhibit "A-l") with free Renewal Wash worth $20.99;
That, it was an extra busy day, the customer even witnessed it before she left;
That, when her car was done and she was not around, the Sparkle automatically parked the car on the parking lot;
That, later when she came by, approached the counter (while there were still customers falling in line) and complained about the smudges and the armorall on her car tires. Politely, the cashier asked her "May I help you, ma'am?". The customer replied "/ want to talk to the manager/owner." But the cashier has no chance to leave the counter, so she then told her "Ifyou would like, ma 'am, he is out there at the back just ask one of the guys out there", then she acceded.
That, she went back again, upset and told the same thing over again. By this time, the cashier ran and went out to look for the Manager where she was told to bring with her the detail guy to check and redo the customer's car if it is needed to do so;
That the detail guy asked her to check her car but she doesn't want help and check her car, not even give her a chance to explain that it would take less than 10 minutes to do it because what she wanted was to get her money back and talk to the owner;
That when she talked to the owner, still, what she wanted was to return the money back;
The matter stated above is in good faith and well-explained. We apologize for the inconvenience of the customer but we refused to give back the $25.00 she disputed about as the Sparkle completed the services to her car and the price thereof was only corresponded to the service it made for.

Horrible service and a horrible manager with no people skills, will scratch your vehicle and tell you they can't wash the roof and hand you a rag to do it yourself and then [redacted] the manager will grab the rag out of your hand tell you to leave because you aren't aloud to touch your vehicle unless you are in the self serve? Pretty bad when the employee tells you to do it yourself then you get yelled at and told to leave and have soap residue and scratches all over your new vehicle. Called the police to help assist in getting a receipt because [redacted] said I wasnt a customer and crumpled up the evidence. Will be seeing [redacted] in court

Pulled in this weekend said we wanted the $5 special. It was our first time there and the guy said I'll move the cones so you can go out. Me and my husband couldn't figure out why he wanted us to go the wrong way (leave) to get our car washed. Until the guy started laughing at us. We asked why are you laughing he said I just can't believe someone would want the $5 car wash.
We said that's what it says on your sign. He said again I'll move the cones so you can go out (leave)....I asked, "do you work here?" He said sort of...sometimes...
He preceded to go kick the cones out of the way and we left. We will never go back and have told all of our friends that this place is a joke.
I have a feeling the jerk we were dealing with was the owner. TERRIBLE customer service. What a JOKE. Don't see how this business can last long.

Horrible service and a horrible manager with no people skills, will scratch your vehicle and tell you they can't wash the roof and hand you a rag to do it yourself and then [redacted] the manager will grab the rag out of your hand tell you to leave because you aren't aloud to touch your vehicle unless you are in the self serve?
