Spark Wedding Photography

I signed a contract with Mary for photography for my wedding day. I specifically left my phone and required guest to keep their phones away so we could get the best pictures possible. However, I still have not received any photos from Mary. I reached out to her multiple ways including text, email, Facebook, calling and she will not respond to me. In December she told me she would have the pictures to me in a couple days and since cut all communication with me.

My fiance and I got engagement photos on September 9, 2018. Mary promised us that on October 30, 2018 we would have all of our photos. To this day June 4, 2019 we still only have 33 photos. Mary's response to us telling her we only have 33 photos, "I don't do less than 125 ever." We have her for our wedding on June 15, 2019. We have been trying to get in contact with her for 2 months to set up a meeting to talk about our wedding date. She has continuously refused to meet in person or she just does not respond to our request for a meeting. This is not the first time she has done this to customers. After we started looking into this issue we found that we are not alone with this issue.

I hired Mary to photograph my wedding day. She is very nice and an amazing photographer. I love my pictures.
However she was incredibly hard to contact a times. I asked to have our engagement pictures taken in the fall and I had to reach out to her many times before she agreed to meet us in February. I was married in July of 2017 and I still have not received my canvas that was in my agreement (as of December 2018). And I probably never will. Her customer service was the most disappointing aspect of my wedding.
