Review: I purchased a uturn 650 solo kit. It stopped working the next day. I call spark industries llc/vapage to get problem resolved and they told me that the atomizers go out in a couple days and that there is nothing they can do about helping me. I spent my last $60.00 on this and for it to last a day is upsetting and for the customer service rep Ermma to tell me that it only last a couple days but nothing on the box says anything about this.I want my money back or my product replaced immediately!Desired Settlement: I want my money back plus monetary and non economic losses refunded.

Review: In September I purchased 100 units of disposable e-cigs. Of the 100, 58 of them did not work at all. I contacted customer service and went back and forth through emails with Jenny. I offered several solutions to the problem and she was more than willing to help me in the beginning, but it takes sometimes over a week before she responds if she responds at all. I asked for the CEO's (Spencer Thompson) email and have been completely ignored. I would like to resolve the situation.Desired Settlement: Refund, replacement or any of my suggested solutions
