I sustained some injuries after I tripped and fell on a corn hole board after exiting the Business that was located right outside the exit door.I sustained some injuries after I tripped and fell on a corn hole board after exiting the Business that was located right outside the exit door, after reporting the accident to the manager, he was very unprofessional with handling the situation and did not support me filling out a accident report, he threatened to call the police if we didn't leave, which I insisted that he do, after the police arrived I was able to get what I needed after being treated so terribly.Desired SettlementI am seeking compensation for my injuries,as well as how I was treated.Business Response We did speak with the guest that evening and on subsequent occasions via email along with when he contacted members of management from our other locations. We like many venues in Raleigh do feature corn hole or other games for our guest to enjoy in our entrance/patio areas. The guest did trip over one of these corn hole games that had been played earlier that evening by other guest. A manager spoke with him moments after this occurred and was working to gather information about what happened. Then while speaking with the guest did become very profane and aggressive. We did contact the police in order to be proactive for all concerned. We did complete and file the needed paperwork with our insurance carrier and did provide the guest with their contact information. We did also invite the guest to join us again as our guest. He summarily dismissed our invitation to return. We have placed no limitations on the guest to contact our insurance carrier for the treatment of his injuries and invited him to return.
