Spanky's Car Wash

1/23/20. Put debit card into coin changer and requested $20 in tokens..no tokens.. the saw on bank statement that our account had been charged $20. Called business 3 times,
No answer except for voice mail. Left 3 messages over the past 10 days but have not received a response. Please see others reviews concerning the same issue...this person does not deserve to run a business. I believe "*** Car Wash is affiliated somehow.
