Spanish Village Community

when I first looked at the park, 3-4 years ago, the Manager was a very nice lady named [redacted] , but I did not find a unit that I liked at hat time.
[redacted] was fired, shortly after my visit and replaced by the current manager, who was herself, fired prior to [redacted].
As stated before, I have tried to buy one unit in particular, which was being sold by FOUR STAR REALTY, and [redacted] ( the current manager ) refused to address any questions on moving in, unless I bought one of the units that SHE had listed.

Later , the unit was listed by a different sales company, and I tried again .... same response from [redacted] !
After that .. the unit was UNLISTED and I contacted [redacted] to try again .. she claimed she knew nothing about it and promptly hung up.

I visited the park in early JAN. 2015 and a SPANISH VILLAGE / FOR SALE sign was in the front window.
It was a Sunday and the office was closed ... so I called later on in the week.

After several messages I left , I called and got [redacted] on the phone.
She claimed it was NOT her listing ... offered NO REASON for the sign ... REFUSED to discuss it, but did remind me that SHE had listings there, and I could buy one of them.

She claimed to have a call to answer and said she would call me back.

THAT ... never happened .. and my calls went unanswered .

Very lovely park. More like a resort than a MH park ....

BUT .... the manager is a mean-spirited ... hateful ... rude woman with only ONE goal in life .... to SELL HER OWN LISTINGS !

The residents hate her and have tried for years to get her replaced.
I would love to live there ... but NOT under HER reign of meanness and rudeness.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE !
You will regret it !
There are many other places that would make day-to-day life much more plesant !

Obviously ... to park owners ( in Arizona I think ) ... must WANT her to be this way .. so THEY are not worthy , either !
