sent a deposit disposition statement outlining the charges against her deposit accountThe charges werevery specific and agreed upon by the tenant in her tenancy agreementThe tenant left without proper notice prescribed inthis agreement and was charged accordingly for untimely notice to vacate.We understand that the tenant required moving quickly and we sympathize with her condition, however, the Landlord isnot required to subsidize this move and is entitled to adequate notice under the agreement to prepare and market theapartment to new tenants.We are very sorry to hear that the tenant is now deceased and will waive the balance amount owing by the estate to theLandlordSincerely,KR***
