Many of the items listed are not stated correctlyI have attached a copy of the trespass notice that was sent to the resident at the time of the incidentWe will allow the resident out of her lease prior to proceeding with legal procedures, if resident is out peacefully, by 10/31/17, no eviction will be filedThe account balance will be reviewed upon move out
All Service Requests For Mr [redacted] have been reviewed and the Maintenance Supervisor is scheduled to inspect his unit to see if these repairs are not completePer our reports, these items have been resolvedIn the past, Maintenance had made several attempts to make the necessary repairs, however the resident has a large dog and Maintenance could not enter with this pet being unsupervised The resident has again not been available, since the receipt of this complaint to allow maintenance to go and inspect The resident works from 6:am to 7:pm daily and he has stated he does not want anyone in the unit unless he is homeWe will contacted the resident again today to try to gain entry and he again stated he does not want anyone in his unit, thus the repairs per his complaint can not be satisfied without his cooperationIf Mr [redacted] is still unhappy and unwilling to allow us to enter, he can come to the Business Office and we will discuss with him the possibility of allowing him early release from his Lease Contract, which expires 9/30/
Resident did call into the Emergency Maintenance Line on Sunday, January 21st The item she report "Mushrooms growing" is not a listed emergency, thus the call rolled over to our Business OfficeOn Monday, January 22, Maintenance did respond to investigate A plan of action was implemented and we found that her hot water tank needed to be replaced We hired a licensed plumber to schedule the replacement, with the work to begin on January 23, Permits are required from StLouis County for this installation Once permits were received the work began Drywall was torn out, a new hot water tank was installed, a mold test was conducted The drywall and taping had to dry out, prior to us completing the entire job, which is scheduled to be completed by Friday, January 26, 2018.The desired settlement will not be honoredPrior to January 21st, no service requests were called in, thus this repair laid dormant until the mushrooms appeared, without our knowledgeThe turn around time for this repair was within reason and we will not be issuing a rent adjustment nor relocating the resident, being that the repair was acted upon and made within a timely manner
For the period noted in this complaint, Spanish Cove Townhomes was not the Owners of the property We took possession of this property in May of Any old records were not forwarded to us from previous owners

I am rejecting this response because:
I was not informed about this letter until last Saturday night at 12:30am.In which you sent the owner and his friend to my home jumping out on me and my family after work with bullet proof vests on guns pointed at us.We asked him to identify his self what is the issue didn't ask names are anything treated us like animalsHe goes to falsely state that he is a office of the law.Which was untrue and unprofessional the way they play this out we give our names.It they could even find his name on the list guns still pointed .At that point I began to record do to my safetySunday evening the same guys comes back am circle my home stop on my brother all because he was driving my car.Go to the office Sunday to see what the issues is and why are we being treated this way .That stated that the man withimself the gun was the owner and he is comfortable with what he did but I dint understand why would he be when they same person they say is ban has spoken to and been in the business office severalMs.F even introduced this young man to her son when he came to get some money and never denied to speak with didn't call the police always discussed different issues with this personSo am not understanding why you where so unprofessional and didn't discuss the problemI called and asked to speak with you on regards of my account and whatever else is going on you stated you will not be able to do because you turned my case over to your attorney .Now on the 9/you have a move out date with no eviction help me understand what are you trying to do you want speak to me in person are over the phone but online you feel is better .I would like the harassment to stop me every time I walk out my door I have two young children that are just as uncomfortable as I am .You have another empty unit as we speak with trash at the door which is how the first issue with the grants Also there is blood still on the ground due to a shooting that happened here nexts to the playground in which his blood still lay .This is sad but the only focus you guys have is me .We must get a understanding don't know why I had to b treated like this .All my facts are true I have witness and I don't agree with the way this has went.She accepted my money we did a promise to pay now all this.She also called the cops on me for no reasonI just feel unsafe.

The Glass Repair Company was contacted on October 10, The window that was cracked was the outer window patio door, which had to be ordered The resident's unit was not left exposed, because this is a double pane window We tried to get the order in sooner and explained this
to the residentThe window was delivered from the manufacturer to the Glass Company on Monday, October 24, and they have scheduled to install today, October 25,
