2016. Most of the concerts we promote, are not our house concerts; we have to wait until the client mails us the tickets, and they are allocated into our systems. All contestants are then called 1 or 2 weeks prior to the concert upon verification of their information in our promo suite system. Contestants can't just show up to the radio station claiming a prize we have not received yet, which is why we call them once the prize is in our possession. The complainant claimed her prize and at the moment, we have a copy of her passport and NYS ID with a release of liability form she signed once she received her prize. Review: I purchased a tickets to see my favorite artists this company announced for a concert. Basically the following artists Chayanne and Camila didn't show up. This is a fraud because I bought the tickets to see them.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back.
