Subject: BBB Complaint Response Hello ***My name is Ben [redacted] and I am the eCommerce manager for TRU Lite Bedding. I am well aware of [redacted] and the communication issues we have been having. I know she tried using a phone number that WAS on our website that has since been removed.... The first contact we had with [redacted] was arround May. I believe the problem we have had with [redacted] is explaining to her that Spar Bedding, Sky Bedding, Epic Bedding and TRU Lite Bedding are the same company. She thinks that Sky Bedding is not responding to problems but TRU Lite Bedding has been very helpful. I have an email chain that I could show you showing how quick and helpful we are to respond. Although the Phone Number issue was real and has been fixed. We offered to send her a replacement or a refund and she chose the replacement. I believe she filed the complaint just after we solved her problem. We take great care and pride in treating our customers beyond expectation. Although, I do also have the chain of emails that suddenly stopped and then again, I had no response until I started a complaint with *** as well as Revdex.comWhen you have a product with a lifetime guarantee, BACK IT UP, in a timely mannerThe lifetime guarantee is why I purchased three of these productsI do feel that if I had not contacted Revdex.com and ***, I would have been ignoredHopefully the other two products will stand up to the guarantee but lets see what happens in the futureI started with the Epic companyThat was the company that was on the card inside my product that told me to register toWhen I had an issue the website was now formerly Epic bedding now SpharWhen I got no where with that website, I went back to *** to the company Trulite (life) can't remember and can't see the previous responseAnyway, I did not get anyone confused..........the company or companies got confusingI just wanted someone to contact me and back the guarantee on the productI am satisfied with the result even though it shouldn't have come to this but I will think twice about purchasing another one and I can't say I would recommend the product or company/companies to anyoneThank you only to Revdex.com and *** for taking action
