The owner of Spade Moving Company in Dallas, Tx, Kwanzaa ***, had agreed via text and phone, to an off-load moving job. Then when he and his crew didn't show up, he didn't answer his phone or text.
His actions placed the move and everyone involved in a very bad bind and situation.
Very unprofessional and unreliable.
Other (requires explanation) Compensation for the $160 charge that had to be paid to another moving company to do the job at a later date (causing delays) that Kwanzaa Spears agreed to, via text and phone conversations; then didn't show up and refused to resond to texts and phone calls, after his no-show. Compensation for the $75 motel room that was required to wait until the following day for another moving company to do the job the next day. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Compensation total: $235.
