I'd give zero stars if I couldWe purchased a voucher for dryer vent and gutter cleaning services through Living Social
Without even speaking with me, they set me up for an appointment in their systemThen during subsequent phone calls, when trying to change it because I wouldn't be home, they gave me a hard timeUltimately, I asked my partner to make sure she was home
So they showed up and refused to do the gutters even though the voucher was for dryer vents and feet of guttersThey said they would need to measure the house first and would need to come backWe only cared about one side of the house being done, which was way under feetBut he fought with my partner about it and ultimately said he wouldn't do any work for usWhen I called later to ask him what happened, he said he wouldn't do the work because he didn't like the people in the house
Also, during setting up the appointment, once I got someone on the phone, he talked down to us, yelled over what we were saying and seemed uninterested in our well-being
I had to call Living Social to get our money backBut I'd hate to think these jerks are out there doing business still
