Review: To Whom it may concern:
I rented from SpaceMart Blackwood [redacted]
They "forced" me too; Get THERE insurance or would not book me.
I DID purchase the insurance.
Their building had a leaky pipe that has caused more then $4,000.00
In damages to my personal property and computers.
The insurance denied my claim because;
They do not cover failure/faulty facility equipment.
Nor leaky facility pipes or air conditioning lines etc.
I have asked them nicely to pay me out of court the insurance cap of :: $2,000.00
They offered me 2-months free rent @$120.00 each
As I am no longer there at this time. I said no.
I have left messages for their corporate office in both e-mails
and voice also several times.
They won't get back to me.
I do not want to sue them for triple damages.
I AM DEMANDING SOMEONE
CALL ME
TO DISCUSS THESE ISSUES TODAY.
My number is on file with [redacted]
Respectfully, [redacted]Desired Settlement: In Lieu of suing you in court and applying legal fees and triple damages.
