Went by shop at 9:in the morning Front door was open owner was sitting behind counter, his dog was in window which usually indicates they are openI purchased a bike from there one month ago I found the pump not to work well Needed air in my bike and wanted to get more information on how to use pumpWent by shop saw it was openAsked if I could get some air for my bike The owner was sitting behind counterVery unfriendly stated we are not open yet (though door was open)
I said so I can't get any air for my bikeI just bought a bike from you last month cant you help me He replied no lies ...this is exactly what he shouted I don't care your a *** mn I am brewing coffee get out of my store you *** mn
I have never ever been spoken to by a store owner, manager or employee in that wayhe is known to be unfriendly but this was horrible

I asked the owner about a week ago to help me with a project I'm doing for another friend a simple removal of a crank arm, and he said he would do itSo I went in there yesterday and the guy continually tries to sell me other stuff, tries to tell me more things need done on my bike which I know there are more, and refused to help me then cusses me out using the f word and everything! I would definitely not go to this business ever again, the owner and managers are very crude and rude
