Company issued telephone response as follows: The company stated we do not want to displease or lose a guest but with this case all of the information was on the promotion flyer. The company apologizes but states nothing more they can do.

promotion that I will attach to this email.   For the month of April if a client were to purchase an Aromatherapy facial, they would receive a complimentary 60 minute massage.  As with all of our monthly promotions, they are only available for use Monday through Thursday.  This stipulation is included at the bottom of the email.  It is not uncommon for our guests to make a reservation for a facial, and a massage.  Our staff makes a note on the reservation that the guest is using the promotion, so we are aware that it was mentioned at the time of the reservation.For [redacted] there was no note on the reservation that she wanted to use the April promotion.  It was also Friday, and once again the promotion is only available Monday through Thursday.  I did explain this to [redacted] the day of the service, unfortunately it was after the services were rendered.  It was not mentioned at check in when we verify the services.  I did speak with [redacted] the two times that she mentioned in the complaint, but do not recall the specific dates.[redacted] did receive the two services on the 7th.  She paid the standard price charged for those services.If you need any other information, please contact me.(440)[email protected],Chris N[redacted]
