The take your credit card information, make an appointment for you, claim they tell you but they don't (I have proof of no confirmation of disputed appointment) charge you a missed appointment fee then refuse to refund, owner won't even return phone calls to dispute.Desired Settlement: I want my $18 back. I can show that I received no confirmation of appointment.
