bought a gift certificate form my wife , have try over six time to set appointment. We could never get one so we asked for a refund and they told us they do not give refundsProduct_Or_Service: spa Desired Settlementgive me credit on my credit cardBusiness Response On September 19, 2013, Mr. [redacted] purchased a gift certificate for our Ultimate Spa Retreat at our special rate of $149.00. On Friday,October 11, 2013 [redacted] called to request an appointment for Saturday 10/12/2014. We were booked as our weekends tend to book much quicker. I gave her 4 more options for weekend appointments since she said that worked better for her. She could not do those appointments. In January, we had a repeat call with same options and results. Mr. [redacted] called two weeks ago to schedule for [redacted] and said he realized her schedule just did not permit her to do this and wanted a refund. I told him our policy of no refund for gift certificates and offered to let her use the gift certificate for other single services as well as gave him several options for an appointment. [redacted] called on 4/16 and requested a refund. I explained to her the no refund policy on gift certificates and offered her single services until the gift certificate was used or to use for product we had in the Spa. I have tried on several occasions to accomodate Mrs. [redacted] and she only wants a refund.Our gift certificates never expire or loose their value. Mrs. [redacted]'s gift card is still valid and will remain so until used. We are not required by state law to offer refunds. As always we strive to offer excellent customer service while adhering to our policies. Mrs. [redacted]'s gift card my be transferred to another person if she wishes.
