The owner has completely ignored past customers of About Face spa, the previous business at this location, as if they do not exist, especially since many of them were left with worthless gift cards amounting to thousands of dollars. One would think that good business practice would be for Canyon Creek to honour those gift cards and keep those dedicated customers onboard, for many years to come. But they refuse to help and thus are culpable in the *** of this money.
