I bought a spa package for my wife of July 25th, paid in advance to be serviced on Sept1st They called my wife on August 31st cancelling the appointment due to lack of personnel (sick), asking my wife to call them back to re-schedule the appointment After several days calling with no answer, we discover the Spa was closed, so they deliberately lied I have tried to contact another Spa they have in Frisco, same result, nobody answer the phone or give us any response Product_Or_Service: Spa Service
